MEET THE TEAM

 

We are currently offering all the tranditional dishes from South part of Tamilnadu. And I am improving my cooking skills to offer my customers various Authentic Indian dishes from different parts of India.

 

We believe in food prepared freshly with high quality and fresh ingredients in the traditional manner. Our prices are very competitive as we believe that food need to enjoyed by everyone.

We are starting to organise events on a regular basis and cook for parties and catering at Het Cruydenhuisch. Please visit us during these events. Details are posted regularly in our facebook page.

We are only a two person team at this moment with my husband offering support with securing fresh ingredients and delivery. A lot of help is offered from our well wishers on a regular volunteering basis during these events that enable us to offer you the food with high quality.

We're open for take-out orders from 10 am till 2 pm. You can collect your orders from 5 pm till 9 pm (Mon-Sun).

I enjoy cooking traditional indian dishes  and experimenting with the variations in the spices to tailor to peoples needs and let them enjoy the flavor and richness of the indian food without the concerns  of the spiceness of the food.



I like to create an oppurtunity for people to enjoy the authentic flavours of the real indian food by using fresh local produce, ingredients and authentic high quality spices.

I enjoy cooking and experimenting with Indian fusion cuisine.

 

I help my wife Sangeetha in managing the supply of fresh ingerdients, administration of the orders and the delivery of the food.
